Services Refund Policy
Dear Valued Client,
Thank you for choosing Evolutionary Minded Wellness for your wellness services. We are committed to providing you with exceptional care and support on your journey to well-being.
To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following 48-Hour Cancellation Notice with Deposit Requirement:

Booking Confirmation: When scheduling a service, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking ($100 non-refundable deposit will be charged for Quantum Spa Day). If the service cost is less the $50, payment in full will be required at time of booking. With payment in full of services less than $50, the same terms apply as to that of the deposit and will be non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment. Akashic Records readings require payment in full at time of booking.

Deposit Handling: If the cost of the appointment is more than $50, then the $50 deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your service upon completion of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellation or No Show: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend with or without notice, the $50 deposit, will be non-refundable and unable to be applied as credit to a future appointment.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments with at least 48 hours' notice without incurring any additional charges.

Cancellation by Evolutionary Minded Wellness: In the rare event that Evolutionary Minded Wellness needs to cancel an appointment, you will be notified promptly, and your deposit will be fully refunded.

Force Majeure: Evolutionary Minded Wellness is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds of deposit will not be provided but you will have the opportunity to apply the $50 deposit to a service on another day or to a virtual Reiki or Akashic Records appointment if circumstances prohibit in person appointments.
