In the 1990’s Dr. Emoto did a series of experiments on water consciousness and found that the words he said or taped to water before he froze it to study the effects made a world of difference. Beautiful words produced beautiful geometric crystals and words that were not so nice, produced malformed patterns. Our bodies are 70% water. What do words do to us?

A stranger at the store complimented my smile and told me it made their day. That small moment lifted my spirits and reminded me how simple kindness can be!
