Reiki Level I

Self-Healing and Energetic Awareness

Reiki Level I is where your journey begins. This training is focused on reconnecting you with your own energy and learning how to work with it in a grounded and practical way.

In this course, you will learn:

• The history and origins of Reiki

• The core principles of Reiki and how to apply them in daily life

• Foundational energy theory and how energy flows through the body

• An introduction to the chakra system and its role in balance and healing

• Hand positions for self-healing and working with others

  
  

You will receive your Level I attunement, opening your energetic channels to the flow of Reiki energy. This experience is often deeply personal, helping you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your body in a new way.

Hands-on practice is an important part of this training, allowing you to feel the energy and begin trusting your own intuitive awareness.

This level is centered on self-healing, creating a strong foundation before moving forward.

Reiki Level II

Emotional Healing, Distance Work, and Practitioner Development

Reiki Level II takes you deeper into the practice and expands your ability to work with energy beyond the physical level.

In this course, you will:

• Learn the sacred Reiki symbols and what each one represents

• Understand how to use these symbols to support emotional healing

• Develop the ability to send Reiki across time and space through distance healing

• Strengthen your intuitive connection and energetic sensitivity

• Begin working with others at a more practitioner-focused level

  
  

You will receive your Level II attunement, which amplifies your connection to Reiki energy and enhances your ability to channel it with intention.

This level is where many people begin stepping into their role as a practitioner, learning how to support others while continuing their own healing journey.

Reiki Master Level (Level III)

Mastery, Teaching, and Attunement Work

The Reiki Master Level is for those who feel called to fully embody the practice and, if they choose, to teach and attune others.

In this training, you will:

• Receive the Master symbols and gain a deep understanding of their meaning and application

• Experience Master-level attunements that further expand your energetic capacity

• Learn how to perform Reiki attunements for others

• Practice giving attunements in a supportive, guided environment

• Step into a higher level of responsibility, presence, and energetic leadership

  
  

This level is about mastery, not perfection. It is about embodying the energy, trusting your connection, and holding space for others in a grounded and aligned way.

Certification

At the completion of each level—Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki Master—you will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing your training and integration at that stage of your journey.
