About the Event

Reiki 1:

Day 1

10am - 3pm

  • Introduction to Reiki and its history
  • The Reiki principles
  • The chakras and their relation to Reiki
  • The hand positions for giving a Reiki treatment

Day 2

10am - 2pm (end time is approximate)

  • Level 1 attunment at the end of the workshop. 
  • Self-treatment with Reiki
  • Practice on one another...Giving and receiving a Reiki treatment

Required reading material, "Essential Reiki" by Diane Stein. Recommended to be read before the beginning of first class.
