Reiki 1:
Day 1
10am - 4pm
- Introduction to Reiki and its history
- The Reiki principles
- The chakras and their relation to Reiki
- Theory
- The hand positions for giving a Reiki treatment
Day 2
10am - 3pm (end time is approximate)
- Level 1 attunment at the end of the workshop.
- Self-treatment with Reiki
- Practice on one another...Giving and receiving a Reiki treatment
Suggestedreading material, "Essential Reiki" by Diane Stein. Recommended to be read before the beginning of first class.
