About the Event

Event Overview:

Taking place in the serene studio of Evolutionary Minded Wellness, this event is a fusion of ancient healing practices, soul-soothing sounds, and the powerful healing properties of plant medicines.

Welcomed with the warmth of nourishing tea, this experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, find balance, and ACTIVATE the profound wisdom that resides within you. As you settle into a comfortable spot our practitioners will inform you of what to expect before receiving your consent to begin the journey. You may choose to partake in the Plant Medicines or just bask in the healing vibrations of sound.

Sound Activation:

Guided by Jessica, a mesmerizing experience where the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, voice, and sacred drums wash over you like gentle waves to activate and awaken your highest self. As you recline comfortably in your chair or mat, the harmonious sounds create a sonic cocoon, enveloping you in a blanket of tranquility. The vibrations penetrate deep into your being, releasing tension while inviting profound relaxation and revelation. This auditory journey can transport you to a meditative state, where the mind becomes still, and the spirit awakens.

Plant Medicine: Sananga:

Next, Elisabeth will introduce you to the remarkable world of Sananga, a potent plant medicine derived from the roots and bark of a sacred Amazonian shrub. Sananga has been used for centuries by indigenous tribes for its healing and visionary properties. When applied as eye drops, Sananga clears the energetic pathways and enhances your inner vision, allowing for a deeper connection to your emotions, thoughts, and the world around you. As you experience the effects of the Sananga, Elisabeth will continue to guide you using essential oil third eye massage as you fully submerge into the sound healing experience.

Plant Medicine: Hapé

The Amazonian tradition of Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY), is a sacred medicinal tobacco snuff in which our plant medicine guide Elisabeth will gently administer through the nose. Hapé is revered for its profound grounding and clearing properties, creating a bridge between you and the spirit of the plants.

Indoor Setting:

The luxurious studio of Evolutionary Minded Wellness features soothing color therapy, nourishing wellness teas, anti-gravity chairs, aromatherapy, and meta artwork to enhance your journey. Evolutionary Minded provides a sense of healing with thoughtful details and a nurturing atmosphere.
