About the Event

According to the Chinese medicine five element theory, the fall is associated with the METAL element.  It is said that during this time it is especially beneficial to cultivate the metal element energies within us. By doing so, we are able to transform grief  into courage, cultivate resilience and tap into the treasures of wisdom, courage and inner strength.

By  tending to the precious metal element energies within us,  we then shine though the cracks of grief and suffering as inner strength and harmony.

Cultivate courage and  inner strength  with this  gentle meditative movement program accompanied  by MP3 of Steve Sculli’s collaborative ambient music with the singing plants.

-No experience necessary -suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities and especially beneficial  for those recovering from old injuries and achy bodies and for fall prevention.  The practices are soothing and relieve stress and tension on all levels.

-just bring  a readiness to slow down

-Wear comfortable slippers or socks

-Easy fit pants and layers suggested.

Benefits also include increase in vitality, flexibility, fluidity, joint mobility, balance and mental clarity and capacity for focused concentration.
